Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on consumable food grade items (supplements), sale items or gift cards. All items cannot be returned after 30 days. 

Exchanges

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are fully self-managed. Customers are responsible for managing their own subscription to edit the timeframe, pause or cancel their subscription. This can be done from the customer accounts page.
