1. How to login to my subscription account?

1. In the top right of our website banner there is a 'login' button.

2. Once on the login page, you can use the email you initially signed up with to login.

3. If you didnt create an account when you first subscribed, you can create one now using the same email by clicking the 'sign up' button.

4. Once logged in, you will be able to see and manage all of your subscription details 

2. How do I reset my password?

Simple! Click 'forgot password' on our login page. You will receive an email almost instantly!

3. I clicked forgot my password, but I didn't receive an email?

This means that you never initiated your account in the beginning. When you signed up for a subscription you were emailed a account creation link.

Sometimes customers can skip this step accidentally, but that's ok, we have the solution below:

Simply visit the login page and click 'sign up', then use the exact same email address that your purchased with. 

Once signed up, you will be able to see and manage your subscription from there. 

4. What is the minimum term for subscriptions?

The minimum term for subscriptions who are taking advantage of our '50% off your first tub' offer is 14 days. Once the trail period has passed you will be able to fully manage your own subscription before the next recharge inside the platform mentioned above.

The minimum term for subscriptions who signed up under our 'First tub free' offer is 90 days. If you have subscribed under this offer and would like to exit early, you can chat to us via the live chat support on the website.  

This means you can skip, extend, cancel, pause or increase the subscription at any time you wish after the trial period. 

5. Do subscriptions auto recharge?

Yes our subscriptions auto recharge.  

6. Do you accept cancellations?

Yes, if you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so by logging into the subscription portal as described in Question 1 of this FAQ. 

7. Do you accept returns?

We have a separate refunds policy which is the parent policy for handling refunds, however the short version is:

For Food & Supplement Products: No

For anything else: Yes

We adhere to strict FSANZ food safety standards, hence for any food product that has left our facility, we cannot accept a return as we cannot guarantee non-contamination.
